For complex components between 1g and 1,5kg.

Two opposed ultrasonic horns installed in the process water basin enable the machining of complex components with different horns in one set-up.

The machine enables unmanned production with up to 6 automatic treys. We offer various options for our A25, such as

• a air spindle,
• a motor spindle in a robot compensation joint,
• a chip extraction system,
• parts drying,
• div. options for parts feeding, such as drawers with load carriers or conveyor belts
• a deepened water basin for long components and
• water treatment systems.
