Sharp-edged or with a chamfer

No matter how specific your part requirements are, the ability to perform punctual deburring or to apply chamfers with our machines, allows the machine to adapt to your product.

With ultrasonic deburring all edges stay sharp-edged but free of burrs. With our optional motor spindle, you can also apply additional chamfers with the same machine. The motor spindle is mounted in a robot compensation joint that is pressurized with compressed air. Thus chamfers of different sizes as well as sharp-edged and burr-free results can be achieved on one machine.
