The electrical connected load of our A-series is only 4-5 kW and the annual power consumption for 24/7 operation is between 8,000 and 12,000 kWh per year. This means that our systems require only 3-6% of the primary energy of conventional competitive processes in regular operation.

Our patented process water (10 2019 004 411.8), in which the deburring process takes place can be disposed of via the sewage system without any concern, as it does not contain any hazardous substances. By utilizing the Ostwald ripening process and a mechanical filter system, the process water in the basin has to be replaced automatically after 80 hours of operation. Thus, the water consumption of our machines is very low. The chips collected in the mechanical filter system can be returned to the recycling economy as unmixed material.
