Difficult to deburr materials

The ultrasonic deburring process is almost independent of the material. We have very good experience with all machinable, rusting steels, ground stainless steels such as 1.4034 or sinter metallurgically produced materials such as Sandvic 1RK91. But also aluminium and titanium alloys can be deburred reliably. A special highlight is the deburring of plastic injection moulded parts as an alternative to dry ice blasting. Here, even fibre-reinforced plastics or composite materials can be deburred in a validatable manner.
