Ultrasonic deburring basin D25

Our flexible deburring basin for integration into your production.

The pure deburring tank is equipped with one or optionally two sonotrodes. An industrial cooling unit for process water cooling and a particle filter for filtering out the removed burrs are also installed. The D25 ultrasonic deburring tank is therefore the ideal solution for integrating ultrasonic deburring technology directly into your production and can be equipped as follows:

• 1 or 2 sonotrodes (optional) in the process water basin,
• Compressed air spindle for mechanical processing (optional),
• Digital twin (optional)
• Siemens S7 PLC for external control of the pool
